Welcome to my ART 21 page
Here I will show you my work with Art 21. It includes: Word/Word, Image/Word, Image/Image combinations, Operational Apparatus, Object-Action, and Booklet projects.
Word/Word, Image/Word, Image/Image
For this project I studied a lot of different combinations, and in my opinion, these three are the most powerful.
I took two random words and put it together.
I took one word photo, and put it together. Now, it expresses the true life, where people do not have any hope.
I took two photos: people and ants. For expression that in the today World, people do not live, they just exist not noticing anything and any body around themself.
Operational Apparatus
For this project I had took different objects and created a single form that could have multiple meanings. This object does not have any purpose.
Project: Object-Action
In this video project, I connected my object with UFO to show that we are not alone in this World. I was able to clip videos containing similar motions together. With quicker movements and cuts in the footage, the viewer can feel a sence of urgency. Also the viewer can feel a calm. This video do not have any particular purpose.
ART 21 Curation
For this project I created a booklet for an exhibit that shows the art of Nick Cave, Gabriel Orozco, Glen Ligon, David Altmejd and Kerry James Marshals. The common thing between these five artists is that they express resistance art. The purpose of this project is to connect artists through the messages within their pieces of art. This booklet is easy to read and viewer can know more about these artists.
